Rear Door Handle Switch: Service and Repair

REQUEST SWITCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION[ADVANCED KEYLESS SYSTEM]

Driver-side/passenger-side

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the front door trim.
3. Remove the front outer handle.
4. Remove the screws A, then remove the handle seat and plate.
5. Remove screw B, then remove the request switch.

Liftgate

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the nut, then remove the request switch from the liftgate.
3. Install in the reverse order of removal.
