Remove brake rotor attaching screws.
8.
Remove brake rotor.
9.
Remove spring (for parking brake shoe removal).
10.
Pull parking brake shoe downward and disengage it from the hold-down spring.
NOTE:

When removing parking brake shoe, slowly remove it to prevent adjuster nut rotation.

Do not rotate adjuster nut to maintain shoe clearance.
