Brake Master Cylinder: Overhaul
BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER DISASSEMBLY/ASSEMBLY
WARNING:Use of any other than approved DOT 3 motor vehicle brake fluid will cause permanent damage to brake components and will render the
brakes inoperative. Failure to follow these instructions may result in personal injury. Do not use any fluid other than clean brake fluid meeting
manufacturer's specification. Additionally, do not use brake fluid that has been previously drained. Following these instructions will help prevent system
contamination, brake component damage and the risk of serious personal injury.

CAUTION:Do not spill brake fluid on painted or plastic surfaces or damage to the surface may occur. If brake fluid is spilled onto a painted or plastic
surface, immediately wash it with water.
1. Disconnect the brake fluid level warning switch electrical connector.
2. Using a suitable suction device, remove the brake fluid from the brake master cylinder reservoir.
