Connect the additional wiring harness to the 16~C temperature switch and the main wiring harness (Figure 5). Attach the ground wire to ground
(W2 - at the head lamp assembly). Secure the additional wiring harness by tying to the main harness.

Replace the 50~C thermovalve (37) for acceleration enrichment with the 70~C thermovalve part no. 000 140 80 60 (Figure 6).

Replace vacuum restrictor (9) green/black/white with the new vacuum restrictor part no. 001 140 38 60 green/red/white (Figure 6).

NOTE:

The I.D. of the restrictor was changed from 0.5 mm to 0.13 mm.

Check the initial fuel control pressure at +20~C (workshop temperature), the nominal value should be 1.8 - 2.2 bar gauge pressure. For other
ambient temperature/pressure values, refer to the respective control pressure chart (microfiche, Combustion I - CIS, job no. 07.3-120 [USA
version]).
