NOTE:  Only Model 210, 203, 209, 202, 170, 129 with manual transmission.

6.2 Remove poly V-belt tensioning device

Disconnect coolant hoses (4,5)

NOTE:  check condition of coolant hoses and    hose clamps, replace if necessary.

Disconnect coolant hose (6) at oil-water

NOTE:  check condition of coolant hose and heat exchanger    hose clamp, replace if necessary.

Take off belt pulley of coolant pump (7)

Remove coolant pump (8)

NOTE:  Installation:  Replace seal of coolant pump (9).

Install in the reverse order

Inspect cooling system for leaks.
