CASTER AND CAMBER
Caster and camber are preset at the factory and are not adjustable. If caster or camber angles are not within specifications, replace the suspension
components responsible for the incorrect angles.
TOE-IN
1. Loosen jam nuts at tie rod ends and release clips at small ends of steering gear boots.
NOTE: Ensure boots are free on tie rods to prevent twisting.
2. Turn tie rods in or out of ends an equal amount on each side to keep steering wheel centered.
3. Check front tracking.
NOTE: Follow equipment manufacturers instructions.
4. Double check toe-in, then tie rod end jam nuts to 30-60 ft. lbs. and install clips.
KINGPIN
Kingpin inclination is preset at the factory and is not adjustable. If kingpin inclination is not within specifications, replace the suspension
components responsible for the incorrect angles.
