STEP 3. Check the driver's door switch connector D-11 and ETACS-ECU connector C-114 for damage.

If the driver's door switch connector D-11 and ETACS-ECU connector C-114 are damaged, repair or replace them. Refer to Harness Connector
Inspection. The driver's door switch input signal should be able to be checked and the functions, which are described in the "Technical Description
(comment)," should work normally.
If the connectors are in good condition, go to Step 4.

STEP 4. Check the harness wires between driver's door switch connector D-11 and ETACS-ECU connector C-114.

NOTE:  After checking junction block connector C-113, check the wires. If junction block connector C-113 is damaged, repair or replace it. Refer to
Harness Connector Inspection.

If the harness wires between driver's door switch connector D-11 and ETACS-ECU connector C-114 are damaged, repair them.

The driver's door switch input signal should be able to be checked and the functions, which are described in the "Technical Description (comment),"
should work normally.

If the harness wires are in good condition, replace the ETACS-ECU.
