Radiator Hose: Service and Repair

1. Drain the engine coolant.
2. Remove the front exhaust pipe and heat protector (shield).
3. Remove the shift cable bracket.
4. Remove the intake manifold.
5. Remove the thermostat.
6. Follow the removal steps outlined in the illustration.
7. Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:

After making mating marks on the radiator hose and hose clamp, disconnect the radiator hose.
