PURPOSE This bulletin contains information on two newly-released brake pad replacement kits that are effective in reducing brake "squeal" on the 1985
Starion.
PARTS For front brakes, the kit part number is MB500465.
For rear brakes, the kit part number is MB238250.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS Apply a thin film of the special grease included in the kit to the sides of the shims that face the pads as indicated by
the shading in Fig. 1.
NOTE:
The grease film must be very thin so that no grease squeezes out when the brakes are applied.
