Cutlass V6-191 3.1L VIN M SFI (1998)
5. Attach the stabilizer-shaft bushing clamp bolts (3 and 7) to the crossmember (6).
Tighten

Tighten the bolts to 66 N.m (49 lb ft).
6. Tighten the stabilizer shaft-links (2-10) to the control arm (11).
Tighten
-
Tighten the stabilizer shaft links to the control arm nuts to 17 N.m (13 lb ft).
7. Install the tie rods to the knuckle.
8. Install the bolts retaining the right rear engine mount bracket (4)
9. Install the front tire and wheel assemblies. Refer to Wheel Installation.
