Clutch Pedal Assembly: Service and Repair
Disassembly/Assembly of Pedal Assembly

Disassembly 

-

Drive dowels out of clutch pedal shaft. If necessary (if dowels are very tight), support lever shaft to prevent deformation.

-

Remove clutch pedal shaft.

-

Remove bearing tube for footbrake lever.

-

Remove servo spring bearing shaft.

Assembly 

-

Check levers, bearing shafts, bearings, circlips, springs, all sleeves and pins, replace if necessary.

-

If necessary, use a suitable mandrel to press or drive bearing for clutch pedal shaft slightly deeper than flush (arrows).

-

Install servo spring with lever lugs in pedal bracket.
