Basic Adjustment

1. Rotate crankshaft at pulley until the pulley mark is exactly in line with the separating joint on the crankcase or the line mark on the blower

housing.

2. Undo hexagon head bolt, having a helper use Special Tool 9548 (locking wrench) to lock. Take off pulley.
3. Take off A/C compressor bracket.
