Adjust clutch play to 1.2 mm with a feeler gage blade and lock adjusting screw.

Connect clutch cable.

Tighten clutch cable until clutch play is 1.0 mm.
NOTE: If clutch cable holder does not provide sufficient travel for adjustment, also adjust clutch cable at front on pivot of pedal.
Checking Release Travel

Release travel of the release lever is limited by an adjustable stop on floor plate of the pedal assembly.
