Applying Special Sealant To The Closing Cap
8. Install the axle back into the vehicle and install the six bolts at the base of each inner CV joint. Torque the six bolts to 60 ft.lbs (83 Nm).
9. Torque the axle nut to 217 - 253 ft.lbs (295 - 344 Nm) and install a new cotter key.
10. Replace rear wheels and lower vehicle back to ground.
