INFORMATION: Counter at the hydraulic line with an open-ended wrench when tightening the banjo bolt.
1. Screw hydraulic lines onto the pump unit.
1.1. Fit short hydraulic line -2- and long hydraulic line -3- using the long banjo bolts -4- and new sealing rings -5- on the pump unit -1- (-Arrow
A-) and screw on securely -Arrow B-. Tightening torque: 15 Nm (11 ftlb.)
2. Move pump motor out.
2.1. Move pump motor out until Pentosin emerges from the two hydraulic lines -2 and 3-.
To do this, connect the -wide contact- to 8V (+) and the -narrow contact- to ground (-).
3. Fill hydraulic lines at the pump unit.
