1. Replace sealing rings -2- for oil return line -1-.

2. Install oil return line.

2.1. Connect oil return line -2- to oil pump for turbocharger and oil tank.
2.2. Fit and tighten M6 screws for return line -3-.

Tightening torque: 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)

2.3. Fit and tighten screw -1- on holder.

Tightening torque: 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)

Installing oil return line 4-6

1. Replace sealing rings -2- for oil return line -1-.
2. Install oil return line.

2.1. Connect oil return line -2- to oil pump for turbocharger and oil tank.
2.2. Install oil pipe -4-.

Fit oil pipe in distributor housing with a banjo bolt and new sealing ring -6- and tighten it.
Tightening torque: 50 Nm (37 ftlb.)

2.3. Fit and tighten M6 screws for return line -5-.

Tightening torque: 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)

2.4. Fit and tighten screw -3- for holder.

Tightening torque: 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)
