Clutch slave cylinder mounting

3. Disconnect (unscrew) line -1- on clutch slave cylinder.

Pull off return line -2-. To do this, press evenly on the red ring (never on one side) -2a- and pull the line -2- out evenly while pressing (releasing)
it. Use disassembly tool Nr.21 to release the line.

Screw off pressure line -3-. Due to the restricted space, it is a good idea to use an open socket wrench + adapter Open-end/ring wrench insert

4. Loosen fastening screws on clutch slave cylinder (two screws). Carefully remove clutch slave cylinder.

Installing clutch slave cylinder

Remove the starter before installing the clutch slave cylinder. This makes it easier to check and ensure unequivocal centering of the valve push rod
of the slave cylinder in the release lever.

The clutch slave cylinder can also be held in its installation position from this side.

Make sure the clutch slave cylinder is positioned precisely before installation. The exact installation position is attained by turning it in the vehicle.

The loosely attached holder between the transmission and clutch slave cylinder ensures the correct installation height for positioning the fastening
screws.
