Preliminary work
1. Read out engine control unit fault memory before getting started and print log.
2. Switch off the ignition and all loads when working on the fuel system.
3. Disconnect the battery.
4. Remove intake-air distributor (intake module).
5. Remove high-pressure distribution pipe (fuel rail).
