2. Plug in electric plug connection for head airbag unit at the left and right until it engages securely.
3. Plug in electric plug connection for rear three-point belt at the left and right until it engages securely.
4. Install PASM control unit and holder.
5. Plug in electric plug connection for PASM until it engages securely.
6. Install TPM control unit and holder. 
7. Install control unit for parking brake.
8. Install rear apron.
9. Plug in electric plug connection for control unit for rear-end electronics until it engages securely.

10. Install control unit for trailer hitch.
11. Plug in electric plug connection for trailer hitch until it engages securely.
12. Install tail light.
13. Fit fuse box in luggage compartment.
14. Install power distributor (HSB).
15. Make sure that all electric plug connections are plugged in and locked on the main wire harness in the luggage compartment.
16. Install trim panel and sound absorber for luggage compartment.
17. Install the battery.

Ventilate the work area well.

Avoid contact with hot parts or sources of ignition.

Use suction to remove ignitable vapors.

Attach warning sign in a clearly visible position.

INFORMATION:

Absorb any escaping fuel using a suitable binding material or a cloth.

-

Cloths which have absorbed fuel must be disposed of according to the applicable national laws.

-

The fuel system must be depressurised before starting work on it.

-

Only work on the fuel system in well-ventilated rooms.

-

Any seals which have been removed must always be replaced.

-

Do not use any sealant containing silicone or silicone spray when the injection system is open. Traces of silicone drawn in by the engine are not
combusted and damage the oxygen sensors.

The main wire harness is manufactured individually depending on equipment.

Fastening elements may be different from the parts described.

-

The number of plug connections can vary, depending on equipment.

Preliminary work

1. Disconnect the battery.
2. Drain the fuel tank fully (both sides).

NOTE:
Incorrect handling of fuel tank
-

Danger of cracking or damaging the fuel tank if handling instructions are not observed.
-

Drain the fuel tank fully before lowering it.
