Replacing power steering radiator

Preliminary work

1. Remove front apron.
2. Remove distance measuring sensor.
3. Remove radiator fan housing.

Installation position of power steering radiator

Information
The power steering radiator is located at the radiator module (water radiator, condenser, transmission oil cooler) behind the front apron.

Caution
Increased risk of accidents if Pentosin CHF 202 gets onto the surrounding area (e.g. onto the coolant hoses) when the oil coolant hoses are
loosened (opened).

Possible danger of injury or damage.

-> Collect any emerging Pentosin.
-> Wear protective goggles when carrying out overhead work on lines with Pentosin.
-> Wear protective gloves.
-> If coolant hoses come into contact with Pentosin, thoroughly clean them with water IMMEDIATELY.
-> Replace visibly swollen coolant hoses.

Information
After pulling off the hoses, close off all openings immediately using commercially available rubber stoppers.
