down until the switch is released or the window is fully open. When the driver’s window is fully closed and the driver’s window switch is moved to the "express down" position, voltage is applied on the R/Y wire from the "express down" control unit to the driver’s window motor. Earth is provided on the R/U wire from the "express down" control unit to the driver’s window motor. The driver’s window motor will be driven down until the window is fully open. The "express down" control unit receives a signal from a microswitch contained in the driver’s window motor to determine the position of the driver’s window.

When the master power window isolation switch is turned OFF and the front passenger’s window switch is moved to the "up" position, voltage is applied on the U/Y wire to the passenger’s window motor. Earth is provided on the U/G wire and the front passenger’s window motor will be driven up until the switch is released or the window is fully closed. When the front passenger’s window switch is moved to the "down" position, the voltage is reversed and the motor is driven down until the switch is released or the window is fully open.

When the master power window isolation switch is turned OFF and a LH rear window switch is moved to the "up" position, voltage is applied on the G/Y wire to the passenger’s window motor. Earth is provided on the G wire and the LH rear window motor will be driven up until the switch is released or the window is fully closed. When the window switch is moved to the "down" position, the voltage is reversed and the motor is driven down until the switch is released or the window is fully open.

When the master power window isolation switch is turned OFF and a RH rear window switch is moved to the "up" position, voltage is applied on the Y/W wire to the RH rear window motor. Earth is provided on the Y/G wire and the RH rear window motor will be driven up until the switch is released or the window is fully closed. When the window switch is moved to the "down" position, the voltage is reversed and the motor is driven down until the switch is released or the window is fully open.

NOTE: Each power window motor is protected by a circuit breaker which opens to protect the motors from overheating.
