Add 4 pads to the sliding roof housing in the back door opening frame (4 locations)
18.
Add spot welding (one spot each on RH and LH) between the back door opening frame and back door hinge bracket.

Remove the back door, including the hinge, damper, and connector. Refer to TIS:
