16. REMOVE EXHAUST MANIFOLD

(a) Remove the 5 nuts and remove the exhaust manifold.

17. REMOVE NO. 2 EXHAUST MANIFOLD HEAT INSULATOR

(a) Remove the 3 bolts and remove the No. 2 exhaust manifold heat insulator.
