Small clutch pump: dismounting and assembling
Small clutch pump: dismounting and assembling
  Note!
t  Do not work the clutch pedal whilst the repair is being carried out.
t  Block the circuit whilst the repair is being carried out.
Dismounting
   
–  Remove the inlet flexible tube -1-, the connecter -2- and the flexible tube -3- from the air quantity meter.
–  Extract the casing for the air filter by removing bolts -4- and -5-.
  Note!
t  When handling the brake liquid tubes, try not to let any liquid drop onto the body.
t  Before dismounting the small pump, it must be attached with an assembly bolt or an M 8 x 35 bolt.The declutching lever heads towards the gearbox casing. The bolt must be removed after assembling the small pump. The hole is sealed by the third attachment bolt for the support for the operating cables.

–  Disconnect the selection cable from the gearbox -B- and the gear connection cable -A- using a fixed key measuring 16 mm.
–  Take out the connector from the transmitter for the speedometer.
–  Take out the connector for the reverse gear lights → Chapter.

–  Extract the bolts that attach the cable holder in the gearbox -arrows-.

–  Extract the clip for attaching the flexible tubes from the clutch pump, levering with a screwdriver.
–  Release the bolts that connect the small pump for the clutch from the gearbox casing.
–  Disconnect the small pump from the gearbox with the thrust rod.
Assembly
Carry out the remaining operations in reverse order to that for dismounting.
