Installation
Follow the directions given in reverse order to disassembly, taking the following into account:
   
–  Before fitting the right circlip, align the clutch and brake pedal shaft so that the recesses -A- are vertical.
–  Make sure the circlips -B- are correctly seated in their locations on the shaft.
–  Lubricate the bushes and bearings and contact surfaces with grease.

–  The housing -A- must be above the actioning rod of the clutch pump -B-.
–  Insert the housing for the actioning rod of the clutch pump in the clutch pedal and secure. Check that it truly secure.
Vehicles with switch on the clutch pedal
–  Insert a new fixing bush for the clutch pedal switch.
Fit the clutch pedal switch as described below.
–  Press the clutch pedal to the floor and insert 20+5 mm the threaded part of the switch.
–  Loosen the pedal to achieve the rest position.
–  Plug in the connector for the clutch pedal switch.
  Note!
t  For safety reasons the clutch switch must be renewed whenever the screw thread is damaged.
t  Grease the head of the clutch pedal switch with polyurea grease -G 052 142 A2-.
