Gear lever dust sleeves and knob: removing and installing

1 -	Gear stick knob

q	Disassemble and reassemble together with the dust sleeves

2 -	Attachment bush

3 -

Clip

q	To attach the knob to the gear stick

q	Tighten → Fig.

4 -	Dust sleeve

q	Separate from the knob → Fig.

q	Attach it to the knob before assembly → Fig.

q	Disassemble and reassemble together with the dust sleeves

Frame

6 -	Rubber protection

q	It fits onto the framework attachment flanges

Assembling the gear lever knob

–	Turn the dust cover upside down and insert the gear lever knob -arrow-.

–	Place the fixing bush in its housing.

Note!

The fixing bush tabs must be fitted in the knob housings.

–	Place the clip on the knob and mount it on the gear stick, fixing it on as far as it will go.

Tighten the gear stick knob clamp -arrow-

Note!

To tighten the clamp -arrow- one can also use the -T20072- tool.

–	Fit the dust cover onto the centre console.
