Installation
Installation
–  Insert the selector lever cable in the gear selector housing.
   
–  Insert cable -3- in the gear selector mechanism and fit on selector lever -2-.
–  Fit a new catch -1- for the selector lever cable.
Installation position:
The L-shaped end of the catch faces the end of the selector lever cable.
–  Fit the cover on the gear selector housing.
–  Ensure that the cover is correctly attached and is not twisted.
–  Do not bend or twist the selector lever cable.
–  Install gear stick housing.
Proceed as for removal but in reverse order.
–  Adjusting the selection cable → Chapter
–  Check the gear selection mechanism → Chapter.
