Input shaft oil seal: Replace

Special tools and workshop equipment required
   
t  Tappet -T20130-, see equivalent → Anchor
  W00-2412
t  Extraction lever -T20143-, see equivalent → Anchor
t  Lubricating grease → Spare parts catalogue
Operation process
–  Remove gearbox → Chapter.
  W00-2958
–  Remove the clutch slave cylinder with the release collar → Chapter.
–  Remove input shaft seal by levering with the extractor -T20143/1-.
  Note
Do not damage contact surface for input shaft seal.

–  Fill space between sealing lip and dustcap -arrow-, halfway, with sealing grease → Spare parts catalogue.
  N32-0001
–  Fit seal flush with installation tool -T20130-.
–  Fit the clutch slave cylinder with the release collar. → Chapter
–  Install gearbox → Chapter.
