Repairing selector unit Consult the equivalence table for tools and equipment according to applicability among Seat / VW / Audi / Skoda → Chapter. Special tools and workshop equipment required

t  Tube element -T10203-

t  Pipe section -VW 423-, see equivalency → Anchor

t  Torque wrench -V.A.G 1331-, see equivalent → Anchor.

Remove the retainer pin -A- from the selector shaft cover –  Remove the external part of the retainer pin. –  Use a screwdriver to carefully lever off the retainer pin.

Fit the retainer pin -A- on the selector shaft cover Installation position: Mark -1- should be facing mark -2- on the selector shaft cover.

Insert the seal -A- as far as possible.
