Removing multi-function switchF125
Removing multi-function switch -F125-
–  First check whether a coded radio is fitted. In this case, obtain anti-theft code.
–  Shift selector lever to “P” unless valve body is to be removed, then to “2”.
–  With the ignition switched off, disconnect the battery earth strap.
   
–  Remove trim -1- for air duct -arrows-.
–  Remove trim -2- for battery.
–  Pull connector off coolant expansion tank.
–  Unbolt coolant expansion tank and place to side. Do not open cooling system.
–  Remove battery and battery tray → Electrical system; Rep. Gr.27.
–  Remove selector lever cable → Chapter.

–  Remove nut -arrow-.
–  Pull lever -1- off selector shaft.
–  Pull connector -2- off wire for multi-function switch.
–  Remove multi-function switch -F125--3-.
