  Note
The mobile pinions of the 3rd and 6th gear must have an axial play from 0.20 ... to 0.50 mm after assembly.
1 - Bearing housing
q   With input shaft and output shaft
2 - Oil collector
q   With magnet
q   Clipped into reverse shaft support.
3 - Circlip
q   Determine the thickest circlip which will still fit.
q   Re-determining thickness → Chapter
4 - Gear wheel for 6th gear
q   Installation position: High inside collar faces spacer sleeve → Item
5 - Spacer bush
6 - 5th gear pinion
q   Installation position: High inside collar faces 4th gear wheel.
7 - Gear wheel for 4th gear
q   Installation position: High inside collar faces 5th gear wheel.
8 - Circlip
q   Determine the thickest circlip which will still fit.
q   Re-determining thickness → Chapter
9 - 3rd gear wheel
q   Installation position: Machined side faces reverse gear synchronising hub
10 - Thrust washer
q   For 3rd speed selector gear
11 - Needle bearing
q   for 3rd gear
12 - 3rd speed selector gear
q   Insert spring before installing → Fig.
q   Check axial clearance after installing using feeler gauge (0.20 ... 0.50 mm)
13 - Synchromesh ring of 3rd gear
q   Check for wear → Fig.
14 - Circlip
q   Mark
q   Do not interchange with other circlip → Item
15 - 3rd and 4th gear mobile element
q   Installation position: High inside collar faces 3rd gear wheel.
16 - Circlip
q   Do not interchange with other circlip → Item
q   Re-determining thickness → Chapter
17 - Mobile sleeve of 3rd and 4th gear
q   Mark position in relation to synchronising hub prior to removing
18 - Selector fork for 3rd and 4th gear
19 - Pin with clip
q   For securing selector fork for 3rd and 4th gear to selector rod
20 - Syncromesh ring for 4th gear
q   Check for wear → Fig.
21 - 4th speed selector gear
q   Insert spring before installing → Fig.
q   Check axial clearance after installing using feeler gauge (0.20 ... 0.50 mm)
22 - Needle bearing
q   for 4th gear
23 - Thrust washer
q   For 4th speed and 5th speed selector gears
24 - Needle bearing inner race
q   for 5th gear
25 - Needle bearing
q   for 5th gear
26 - 5th speed selector gear
q   Insert spring before installing → Fig.
q   Check axial clearance after installing using feeler gauge (0.20 ... 0.50 mm)
27 - 5th gear synchro-ring
q   Check for wear → Fig.
28 - Synchronising hub for 5th and 6th gear
29 - Locking collar for 5th and 6th gear
q   Mark position in relation to synchronising hub prior to removing
30 - Needle bearing inner race
q   For 6th gear
31 - Needle bearing
q   For 6th gear
32 - 6th gear synchro-ring
q   Check for wear → Fig.
33 - 6th speed selector gear
q   Insert spring before installing → Fig.
q   Check axial clearance after installing using feeler gauge (0.20 ... 0.50 mm)
34 - Thrust washer
q   For 6th speed selector gear
35 - Inner ring
q   For needle roller bearing
36 - Multi-point socket head bolt, 150 Nm
37 - Selector fork for 5th and 6th gear
38 - Pin with clip
q   For securing selector fork for 5th and 6th gear to selector rod
