Tightening torques > < Check and fill

Check the tool and equipment equivalence table according to the applicability between Seat / VW / Audi / Skoda → Chapter.
Special tools and workshop equipment required
   
t  Torque wrench kit -SAT 8010-, see equivalent → Anchor
  L00-10226
t  Tray -T20173-, see equivalent → Anchor
–  Place the vehicle on an elevator, so that it is horizontal.
–  Raise the vehicle.
–  Remove centre noise insulation → Bodywork, exterior fitting work; Rep. Gr.50.
–  Place the drip tray -T20173- under the gearbox.
  W00-2455
–  Unscrew bolt with allen key -arrow- for the oil filler hole and drain the oil.
–  Tighten oil filler plug -arrow-. Tightening torque → Chapter.
  E34-10102
–  Unscrew the bolt with an allen key -arrow- for the oil filler hole.
–  Fill with oil up to the lower border of the fill hole.
–  Screw in oil filler plug.
–  Turn the ignition on, select a gear and allow gearbox to turn for approx. 2 minutes.
–  Stop engine and unscrew oil filler plug.
–  Fill with oil up to the lower border of the fill hole once again.
–  Screw in oil filler plug. Tightening torque → Item.
–  Fit centre noise insulation → Bodywork, exterior fitting work; Rep. Gr.50.
