Renewing oil seal for selector shaft > < Selector unit

  Note
t  Lubricate bearing positions and sliding surfaces.
t  Allocate grease using → Electronic parts catalogue (ETKA).
   
1 - Conical hexagon bolt
q   Removing and installing → Item>>>>>>>>
2 - Gearbox selector lever
q   Can be renewed with the selector mechanism installed
q   Installation position → Fig.
q   Installing → Fig.
q   After installing, adjust selector mechanism → Chapter
3 - Runner
q   Clip into relay lever → Item
4 - Wiring clip
q   For relay lever with hole in bearing shaft
5 - Return lever
q   Installation position → Fig.
q   After installing, adjust selector mechanism → Chapter
q   Removing and installing → Chapter>>>>>>>>
6 - Selector unit
q   Consists of selector shaft and selector shaft cover
q   Components cannot be separated from each other
q   Can be removed and installed with gearbox installed
q   Selector shaft in conjunction with modified mounting of reverse gear selector fork → Item
q   Allocation of selector shafts → Fig.
7 - Mounting bush
q   For selector shaft
q   Removing and installing → Item>>>>>>>>
8 - O ring
q   Insert in peripheral groove of selector mechanism cover
q   Lubricate with gear oil before installing
q   Always renew
9 - Cap
q   For gearbox breather
10 - Seal for selector shaft
q   replace → Chapter
