q	Always replace.

Note

t	Do not unscrew bolts if you are not sure whether it is necessary to do so.

t	Be sure to read the removal descriptions first.

2 -

Bolt.

10 Nm

M8x90

q	Always replace.

3 -	mechatronic system for automatic DSG gearbox -J743-

Note

t	A »new« mechatronic unit is correctly filled with oil.

t	Do not drain oil. A »removed« mechatronic unit is sent back with its oil in.

–	Remove the cover of the ventilation and fit a suitable cover so that it is sealed oil tight.

When working on the mechatronic, the purging must be handles with care.

–	When fitting the mechatronic, the cap must be removed from the ventilation and a suitable cover must be fitted.
