→ To secure bevel box to assembly bracket a new hole is required in gearbox bracket 3221.

Dimensions given are in mm.

• ‒ Drill a 11 mm ø hole (arrow) in gearbox bracket.

• ‒ → Secure bevel box in gearbox support.

B - Fit M12 nuts onto bolts (10 x 50) between gearbox and bracket.

• ‒ Remove hexagon nut using socket -A-.
• ‒ Ensure that support plate 3221/1A is supported on bracket (arrow) when loosening and tightening.

• ‒ Remove output flange.

→ A - Kukko 45-2 Three-arm puller

• ‒ Lever out seal using a screwdriver.

• ‒ When driving in, fit old seal above new seal.
• ‒ → Drive new oil seal in flush.
• ‒ Install output flange and tighten to 475 Nm.
• ‒ Install bevel box .
• ‒ With gearbox installed, check final drive oil level => Page 39-1.
