  WARNING
Do not start the engine or tow the vehicle with the oil pan removed or empty of ATF.
  Note
t  The slide box or wiring harness can also be removed with the gearbox fitted
t  The solenoid valves can be replaced
t  Do not use cloths with loose threads
t  After refitting the sump, check the level of ATF and top up
t  After assembly, carry out the basic adjustment → VAS 5051; Vehicle self-diagnosis..
