t  Torque wrench kit -SAT 8010-

t  Centre guide -T10093- (x2)
–  Remove the front bumper trim → Chapter.
–  Disconnect the connectors on the headlights.

–  Disconnect the connector -arrow- from the Contact switch for engine bonnet -F266-.

–  Open the cover -1- of the linking element -2- of the Bowden cable in the direction shown by the -arrow- and remove the Bowden cable -4-.
–  Remove the linking element -2- of the Bowden cable from the lock carrier -3-.

–  Remove the air duct cover by releasing the tabs on the side -arrows-.

–  Unclip the air bottom part of the air conduit by releasing the fasteners -arrows-.
–  Remove the air duct with the air hose on the bottom.

–  Unscrew the air duct from lock carrier -arrows-.

–  To ease subsequent assembly it is advisable to attach a strip of masking tape on both sides of the vehicle, sticking it to the headlamp and on the wing -arrows-. Next, cut the strips in the area shown in the illustration.

–  Unscrew the bolts -2- and -3- on the coolant tube supports.

–  Disconnect the connector -4- from the Outside temperature thermosensor -G17-.
–  Unscrew the bolts -2- and attach the centre guides -T10093-in their place.
–  Remove bolts -3-.
–  Remove bolts -1-.
–  Move the lock carrier along the centre guides -T10093-.
