Bonnet - removing

–	Open the front bonnet and hold open with the bonnet rod.

–	Remove front bonnet soundproofing → Chapter.

–	Remove the front bonnet moulding → Chapter.

–	Remove the clip -1- and remove the windscreen washer pipe support.

–	Separate the bushing -2- from the housing in the front bonnet.

–	Lower the front bonnet without completely closing and extract the bolts on both sides -arrows-.

Note

With the help of a second operator hold the front bonnet firmly while removing the fastening nuts.

–	Open the front bonnet again and remove the fastening nuts -arrows-.

Note

In order to protect the front bonnet, insert a suitable material between the bonnet and the supporting surfaces.
