Installing after renewing A-pillar
Installing after renewing A-pillar
  Note
The installation sequence after renewal of A-pillar is for the front left door. Installation of the front right door after renewal of A-pillar is similar.
   
  WARNING
If A-pillar is renewed, it is essential that bolts on A-pillar are tightened as described in the following.
Carry out following work:
l  A-pillar has been renewed.
l  Always renew bolts. Loosening it once to adjust door is allowed.
Install in reverse order of removal. When doing this, observe the following:
–  Insert door -1- and tighten bolts -2-,-3-, -6- and -7- to specified torque of 20 Nm + 90°.
Specified torque for bolts -2-: 20 Nm + 90°.
Specified torque for bolts -4- 23 Nm.
–  Adjust front door → Chapter.
–  Observe front door gaps → Rep. gr.00.
