  WARNING
Before working on the electrical system, disconnect the battery earth strap.
  Note
t  When the battery is reconnected, check the vehicle equipment (radio, clock, window risers), following the indications in the Workshop Manual and/or the Operating Instructions.
t  Removal and assembly will be carried out taking into consideration small differences depending on the vehicle's equipment.
t  Use gloves to avoid staining the roof lining in the process of removal.
–  Remove upper linings from struts A → Chapter.
–  Remove upper linings from struts B according to versions:
t  Upper lining strut B (4 door vehicles) → Chapter.
t  Upper lining strut B (2 door vehicles) → Chapter.
–  Remove the sunshades → Chapter.
–  Remove lining from roof upper crossbeam → Chapter.
–  Remove the central sunshade → Chapter.
–  Dismount handgrips → Chapter.
   
–  Detach the rubber gaskets from the door -1- from the upper part of the unit.
–  Repeat the operation for the other doors

–  Remove the diffusion crystal of the interior light by levering carefully and removing -1-.
–  Undo the securing bolts -2- that remain visible.
–  Release the hooks, by levering with a screwdriver in -B- and then remove the interior light from the roof of the vehicle-3-.
–  Detach connector -4-.
–  Remove the interior roof lining.
