Storage brackets, commercial vehicles: Removing and installing.

Special tools and workshop equipment required

t	Torque wrench kit -SAT 8010-

t	Storage brackets, commercial vehicles: Removing → Anchor

t	Storage brackets, commercial vehicles: Fitting → Anchor

Storage brackets, commercial vehicles: Removing

Note

To remove the storage brackets, neither the partition nor the trim of the C-pillar have to be removed.

–	Open the tailgate.

–	Remove rear shelf and folding storage.

–	Unscrew fastening screws -3- (tightening torque 1.5 Nm) of the storage bracket -2- on the C-pillar trim -1- and screw them out.

–	Move the front seat to the foremost position and over the backrest.

–	With the support of a second colleague in the cargo area, counterhold the fixing nuts -1-.

–	Unscrew the fastening screws -3- (tightening torque 8 Nm) of the storage bracket -2- on the partition at the bottom and screw them out.

Note

The dividing wall is not shown above for better understanding.

–	Remove the storage bracket from its mount.

Installation is carried out in reverse order.
