Additional ATF filter: Removing and installing Check the tool and equipment equivalence table according to the applicability between Seat / VW / Audi / Skoda → Chapter Special tools and workshop equipment required

t  Collector tray for workshop crane -VAS 6208-, see equivalent → Anchor

–  Release the bolts or quick release fasteners -1... 3- and remove the noise insulation at the front and back.

–  Unbolt bracket for soundproofing -arrows-.   Note

Observe rules for cleanliness when working on automatic gearbox → Chapter. –  Place the drip tray for workshop cranes -VAS 6208- under the gearbox. –  Unscrew union nuts -1- and -2- and disconnect ATF pipes. –  Unbolt clamp for ATF pipes -arrow-.

–  Unbolt additional ATF filter from gearbox -arrows-. Installing Install in reverse order, observing following: –  Check and top up ATF level → Chapter. Specified torques
