Check the tool and equipment equivalence table according to the applicability between Seat / VW / Audi / Skoda → Chapter
Special tools and workshop equipment required
   
t  Used oil collection and extraction unit -V.A.G 1782-, see equivalent → Anchor
t  Ø of the hose: Approx. 18 mm
t  Commercially available compressed-air gun
t  Protective glasses
Operation process
  Note
Cleaning norms when working on automatic gearbox. → Chapter
–  Before fitting a replacement gearbox, the ATF cooler and ATF pipes must be cleaned using compressed air (not more than 10 bar).
–  Also always renew additional ATF filter before installing replacement gearbox.
  Note
t  If the ATF which emerges during cleaning is very dirty, the ATF cooler and ATF lines must additionally be flushed out with clean ATF.
t  Removing and installing ATF pipes → Chapter.
