1 - Heat exchanger
q   Bleed coolant
q   Renew: remove the dash panel and heating equipment
q   After the dismount you should renew all the coolant
2 - Self-tapping screw
3 - Air distributor housing
q   Do not continue to take apart
4 - Depressant for fresh air flap and air recirculation
5 - Self-tapping screw
6 - Fresh air blower with overheating fuse series resistor -N24-
q   Removal and installation → Fig.
7 - Gasket
q   Renew
8 - Gasket
q   Renew
9 - Duct distributor, lower part
q   Assembly → Fig.
10 - Plastic nut
11 - Fresh air blower -V2-
q   Removal and installation → Chapter
12 - Self-tapping screw
13 - Screw
14 - Central flap lever
q   Installation position → Fig.
q   Adjusting actioning cable → Fig.
15 - Temperature flap lever

Mounting the duct distributor, lower part
When mounting the duct distributor, lower part -1- always check that the locking hook -arrow B- fits correctly in the flange of the air distributor box -2-.
–  Place the duct distributor, lower part -1- together with the air distributor box -2-, -arrow A-.
–  Secure duct distributor, lower part -1- with plastic nuts.

Mounting position for central flap lever
–  The sprocket of central flap has an adjustment mark. Place the lever so that it coincides with its marks and sprocket marks -arrows-.

Mounting position of heat exchanger/bulkhead gasket
The gasket found between the heat exchanger and the bulkhead has a mark for mounting.
Place the gasket -1- so that the mark coincides -3- with the mounting mark of the basic plate -2-.
