Detaching/re-attaching a compressor installed on the right of the engine from/to the bracket > < Detaching and attaching compressor from support

  Note
t  Compressor can be detached from bracket and re-attached without opening up refrigerant pipes.
t  Do not discharge refrigerant circuit, do not detach refrigerant hoses and pipes at compressor.
t  After detaching, use wire for example to attach compressor to longitudinal member. Never leave hanging from refrigerant pipes.
t  Before removing, mark running direction of poly V-belt with chalk or felt-tipped pen. If the belt runs in the opposite direction when it is refitted, this can cause it to rupture.
t  Depending on the engine and the country version, different compressors are fitted for the diesel engines: Countries with cold or tropical climates. → Spare parts catalogue
