Removing and installing drive plate with roller bearing
Removing and installing drive plate with roller bearing
–  Detach the drive plate from the compressor shaft → Chapter.
   
–  Remove the circlip -A-.
–  Detach the drive plate -B-.
  Note
t  Renew circlip -A-.
t  Clean compressor flange before fitting drive plate.
t  On fitting circlip -A-, take care not to bend it open more than necessary.
t  Ensure that circlip -A- is fitted correctly. Bevelled side -C- faces away from compressor (flat side faces compressor).
