Special tools and workshop equipment required
t  Dynamometric wrench -SAT 8010- (5 - 50 Nm)
   
1 - Dowel sleeves
q   2 units
q   Make sure the cylinder head supports are correctly seated.
2 - Compressor
Removing
–  Remove the hexagon bolts, → Item and → Item.
–  Remove the compressor from the support and fix it to the body with a suitable tool (e.g. soldering wire) → Fig..
q   Poly-V belt routing → Fig.
Fitting
t  Before fitting, it is necessary to:
–  Replace fixing bolts.
–  Note the order of tightening of the securing bolts.
–  Tightening torques: tighten the hexagonal bolts -4- and, finally, -3-.

4 - Hexagon bolt M8x106
q   25 Nm

5 - Dowel sleeves
q   3 units
q   Make sure the cylinder head supports are correctly seated.

   
Fixing the air conditioning compressor to the body
If the air conditioning compressor is removed and the refrigerant circuit does not open, the compressor must be fixed to the body with a suitable tool (e.g. welding wire).
Make sure that the refrigerant hoses of the compressor are not taut.

Poly-V belt routing
  Note
When installing the Poly-V belt, ensure it is correctly seated on the pulleys.
