A - Fresh-air intake
q   Through the fresh air intake ducts in the engine compartment and in the vehicle interior, and also through an air duct fitted below the bonnet.
B - Interior air intake (air recirculation function)
q   Through the passenger side footwell zone
C - Fresh-air turbine -V2-
D - Dust and pollen filter
E - Evaporator
q   Only on vehicles equipped with air conditioning
F - Heat exchanger
G - Supplementary heating element -Z35-
q   Provided for vehicles with diesel engine; assembly depends upon equipment.
H - Towards aerators on windscreen
J - Towards aerators on instrument panel
K - Towards aerator in footwell / driver's side
L - Towards rear seat aerators, footwell area
M - Towards aerator in footwell / passenger side
1 - Fresh-air flap
q   Displayed in “closed” position
2 - Air recirculation flap
q   Displayed in “open” position
3 - Temperature flap “1”
q   Displayed in “heater” position
4 - Central flap
q   Displayed in “open” position
q   Given the shape of the two exterior flaps, when the central flap is closed, air can reach the aerators
5 - De-icing flap
q   Displayed in “closed” position
6 - Footwell area flap
