Heating of the vehicle interior
  WARNING
Before working on the electrical system, disconnect the battery earth strap.
  Note
t  Before disconnecting the battery, check the radio anti-theft code. Disconnecting the battery → Electrical system; Rep. Gr.27
t  If the battery is re-connected, the vehicle equipment must be checked (radio, clock, electrical comfort system etc.), following the instructions in the Repair Manual and/or Owner's Manual.
1 - De-icing vent
q   For the windscreen, de-icing.
q   Removing and fitting: → Bodywork, interior fitting work; Rep. Gr.70
q   Crushing of intermediate piece between heater unit and air duct in instrument panel on installing instrument panel will result in irregular or inadequate air flow to windscreen. → Bodywork, interior fitting work; Rep. Gr.70
2 - instrument panel nozzle, central
q   Removal and installation → Chapter
3 - Instrument panel
q   Removal and installation → Bodywork, interior fitting work; Rep. Gr.70
4 - Side window nozzle
q   Carefully remove it by levering with the removal tool -U-30800-
5 - Instrument panel nozzle, side
q   Removal and installation → Chapter
6 - Intermediate part for the dashboard nozzle
q   Stapled to the heating unit
q   To remove it, it is necessary to remove the dashboard.
7 - Central dial
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
8 - Dashboard crossbeam.
9 - Heating equipment

q   Removing and installing → Chapter
10 - Floor nozzle, right
q   Bolted to heating unit (1.5 Nm)
11 - Connecting element for rear duct
12 - Rear duct
13 - End component for rear duct
q   Fits onto rear duct and transversal strut of seats
14 - Air outlet grille
q   Fit with a clip from the exterior on the transverse beam of the boot in front of the spare wheel compartment.
q   The shutter seals should move freely and fit together without assistance
q   The area around the air outlet grille should be free of obstructions, otherwise the vehicle interior will not be ventilated → Chapter
15 - Floor nozzle, left
q   Bolted to support (1.5 Nm)
16 - Gasket
q   For the heat exchanger connection
q   In the transverse panel (mounting panel)
17 - Intermediate part for the anti-fog duct
q   Fitted on the heating unit and on the module carrier
q   The instrument panel must be dismounted in order to remove the part
18 - Exterior air flap and air recirculation servomotor -V113-
q   Removing and fitting → Chapter
19 - Dust and pollen filter
q   With active carbon filter
q   Removing and fitting → Chapter
