t  Tool for removing/refitting bushings on the declutching shaft and selectors -T20099-
t  Case -U-40200-
t  Case -U-40300-

   
Clutch housing: repair → Chapter
  Note!
t  To carry out work on the declutching shaft and the declutching collar, remove the gearbox → Chapter.
t  Lubricate all bearings and contact surfaces with grease for homokinetic joints, spare number -G000 603-.
1 - Declutching shaft
q   Check the freedom of movement
2 - Seal
q   Pry out with a screwdriver.
q   When removing make sure no damage is done to the seal housing.
q   Refitting → Fig.
3 - Upper bearing bushing
q   Removal → Fig.
q   Refitting → Fig.
4 - Fixing pin
q   Replace → Chapter
5 - Declutching lever
6 - Lock washer
7 - Hexagonal bolt, 25 Nm
8 - Declutching bearing
q   Do not wash the collar, just clean with a cloth
q   Replace all noisy or highly worn collars
9 - Hexagonal bolt, 10 Nm
q   Before screwing in, apply sealant material -D 000 600 A2-
10 - Guide sleeve
q   Grease the guide for the declutching collar
11 - Lower bearing bushing
q   Releasing → Fig.
q   Fitting → Fig.

   
Releasing the upper and lower bearing bushing
–  Use tool -T20099-, side B.
The tool is used in the same way for the upper and lower bearings.

Fitting the upper bearing bushing so that it lies flush
–  Use tool -T20099-, side B.

Fitting the declutching shaft seal to the stop
Fit the seal as follows:
–  Lubricate the lower lips of the seal with plenty of grease.
–  Screw tool -U-40300/3- on tool -U-40200/10- and fit the seal by hitting the tools with a hammer.

Fitting the lower bearing bushing
–  Use tool -T20099-, side B.
